Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with universities, colleges, agents, and other educational institutions; and/or with customers, parents (if any)
Develop new relationships with strategic partners, agents, and affiliates to grow business and expand TNE Global's network.
Maintain and nurture existing partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration.
Plan and execute initiatives to support international student recruitment and university brand awareness.
Represent partner universities in education fairs, study abroad events, and high school visits.
Deliver engaging and informative content for digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to support recruitment activities.
Collaborate with internal and university teams to identify market trends and recruitment opportunities.
Provide reports on performance and business outcomes on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis or as requested by the Director.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
3 years of prior experience in
business development or international student recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and Vietnamese (Mandarin is a plus).
Proven track record in student recruitment performance.
Familiarity with international education markets, especially in Asia (China, Japan, Korea, etc.), is an advantage.
Highly independent, self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
Willingness to travel and work overtime when required by business needs.
