Claim Assessment Specialist is the primary contact to gather all company, legal and regulatory requirements to process claims, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Assess claims to make favorable decisions while balancing competitiveness and risk.
Collaborate with the underwriting team for re-underwriting decisions on cases with pre-existing conditions.
Address requirements and complaints in the claims field.
Train team members on medical aspects and provide in-depth medical analysis.
Perform tasks assigned by the Manager to meet departmental and company goals.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably with a background in medical or life insurance claims.
Additional qualifications like FLMI/ALMI, FALU/AALU, or FCII/ACII are advantageous.
Proficiency in specialized English.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Capable of multitasking, with initiative and team spirit.
