Class Operation Officer (CO) holds a vital role in the daily and periodical operation of the Human Resources Teacher Department (HRT.D). We are seeking proactive and professional candidates to perform responsibilities in managing and operating classes in accordance with Topicas standards.
What will you do?
Teaching schedule management
Work with the Student Operations Department to acquire requirements for classes of different levels and programs;
Allocate teaching hours with teachers pool according to Topicas standard;
Find and allocate suitable teachers to classes following the approved budget;
Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems (Substitute, Cancellation, etc.) as follow instructions and process;
Arrange teachers for other academic activities when requested;
Record/update all daily changes of classes/teachers situation;
Lead and assign proper tasks to collaborators to ensure stable workload andstandard operation.
Class operation management
Observe and support teachers in troubleshooting unexpected issues while classes are running;
Check to ensure teachers can access the class and interact properly on Unified Learning System;
Follow up to ensure collaborators can interact properly on the Admin portal;
Check communication tools (Live chat/ Google chat/ Other channels) and promptly reply to the teacher's questions or find a suitable supporter.
Process, policies, and regulation
Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of HRT.D;
Support team members in handling requests and concerns from Teachers;
Support to check, monitor, remind and guide Teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;
Collaborate with team members in maintaining the HRT.D operation to the right standard;
Update and make necessary reports
