Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and managing client relationships, ensuring consistent service excellence and high client satisfaction. You will work closely with both the CEO & Head of Client Service on key client accounts and regional initiatives. The position may require travel within Southeast Asia to support clients on-site, attend meetings, and represent the company in regional activities.
What Will You Do?
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional handling of inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collect client feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous service improvement.
Executive Support & Strategic Client Engagement
- Assist the CEO and Head of Client Service in high-level client activities and relationship management.
- Prepare briefing documents, meeting materials, and post-meeting action plans.
- Represent RBA in meetings and client events when required.
Service Coordination & Delivery
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth and customized service implementation.
- Monitor project timelines, client deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Track performance against service expectations (SLA) and proactively suggest improvements.
Account Management & Business Support
- Maintain updated client account records and reports.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
