Oversee credit control and accounts receivable operations across the hotel cluster in accordance with company policies and procedures.• Review and approve credit applications, credit limits, and payment terms in line with established approval authority.
Monitor outstanding balances, overdue accounts, and collection performance to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts.
Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments.
Review and reconcile city ledger accounts, guest accounts, travel agent accounts, and corporate accounts to ensure accuracy.
Prepare regular accounts receivable aging reports, collection forecasts, and credit risk reports for management review.
Conduct credit assessments of corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners and recommend appropriate credit limits.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with credit policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
Follow up on disputed invoices and overdue accounts, escalating significant collection issues to management when necessary.
Supervise, coach, and support credit team members to ensure operational efficiency and consistent performance across the cluster.
Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the position.
