• Create specific measurement programs for processing parts, in accordance with the execution drawings, the 3D models, the applicable standards and the specific procedures
• Be responsible for the correct and safe running of the measurement programs using the specific CMM software, propose necessary gripping devices, correctly choose the touchscreens or other goods that is necessary for the correct measurement of the marked points
• Optimize measurement times
• Ensure the flow of information both hierarchically and interdepartmentally
• Carry out measurement programs and propose solutions when problems appear.
• Create engineering bubble drawings
• Meet demands to compliance with the applicable specifications to the landmarks and aim at measuring them, including the safety at work, safety for environment, quality and minimum time required to measure the landmarks
• Ensure the transmission and understanding of all information needed to measure the benchmarks and run the program by CMM operators
• CMM operators indirectly run the CMM execution while following to CMM programs
• Track the optimization and improvement of measurement times
