***OPERATIONS INTERN
- Create a detailed "before vs. after" layout with a few numbers to show the improvement (e.g., shorter walking distance by 30%).
- Write standardized visual work instructions for key operator tasks.
- Make a simple 3S map (layout and cleaning) to support workplace organization.
- Present a short summary at the end: the issues found, tools used, solutions proposed, and expected impact on safety, quality, and efficiency.
*** EQUIPMENT INTERN:
*** KOCH Equipment Intern (01 headcount):
• Endline quality check for KOCH machine (weight check, laser coding, vision)
• Complete the optimal parameter set for 2 SKUs
• Vision/weight check error detection rate: 100%, Laser coding: 100% visual compliance
• Complete the user manual (operation, basic troubleshooting) + maintenance checklist (Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, daily safety checklist)
• Final report on the entire internship process (what has been learned, what has been applied, results, ...)
*** HIM Equipment Intern (01 headcount):
• Prevent quality issues, reduce loss, optimize parameters
• Complete the optimal parameters for each specific bundle (5 sets) (alert when out of tolerance)
• Stable, optimal parameters for each bundle / machine (-5% CT)
• Detailed report on the schematic diagram / electrical system of the responsible machine cluster
• Final report on the entire internship process (what has been learned, what has been applied, results, ...)
Yêu cầu
***OPERATIONS INTERN:
• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Systems Management (or related). Strong grounding in Lean (5S, waste reduction, Kaizen) and basic Six Sigma; understands workstation design, process flow, ergonomics, and facility layout.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have experience with AutoCAD for layout design.
• Able to collect, analyze, and visualize operational data; produces clear, visual SOPs/SWIs.
• Problem-solving skills to observe processes, identify waste, and propose practical improvements.
• Curious about operational standards; hands-on on the shop floor; proactive, self-starting, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
***EQUIPMENT INTERN:
• Bachelor's in Automation Control, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Grasp basic knowledge of the industry: electrical system schematic diagrams, components of automatic control systems, and types of sensors.
• Understand machine structures, transmission types, and their influences.
• Skilled in data analysis and PLC programming.
• Hard-working, enthusiastic, and good English communication.
