In charge of Promotion program monitor, Invoice maintenance, Account reconciliation support including:
PROMOTION PROGRAM MONITOR:
Coordinating with Sales Admin and Sales Operations Team (SOD) to check promotion programs
Booking actual promotion programs into SAP after obtaining all approval levels.
INVOICE MAINTENANCE:
Maintaining invoices from billing in the SAP system.
ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION SUPPORT:
Supporting account reconciliations
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
Education background:
Bachelor's degree in Commercial/ Finance or related majors.
Working experience:
At least 2-3 years of working experience in Commercial Accountant or related position.
Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics industry is preferred
Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,..)
Proficiency in SAP or similar system
Strong organizational skills
Excellence communication skills
Others:
Detail-oriented
Ability to work under high pressure
