Mô tả công việc

Commercial Function:
• Support paper works (preparing, delivering, handling & chasing) for Commercial team
• Collect and arrange data for monthly team report
• Make reports and meeting minutes
• Track closely and alert Commercial Credit Controller to send out reminder letters to customer
• Draft reminder letter per Commercial Credit controller's request
• Asist Commercial Credit Controller in chasing documents for monthly application and delivering docs to customers
• Update records and databases to input in common files
• Set up Commercial meeting.
• Translation.
Strict Compliance with Group Rules:
• Ensure that all job-related activities and behaviours are in compliance with the Group guidelines and in accordance with the local laws;
• Actively report any violation or potential violation to the Management.

Yêu cầu

Objectives of the function:
• Be a good supporter of Commercial Credit Controller
Education:
• High school diploma: Degree in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Professional skills:
• Good communication skills
• Task management skills
• Action follow-up action skills
• Problem solving skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Professional experience:
• Relevant experience
Languages:
• Vietnamese
• Good English in writing and speaking
Computer Skills :
• MS Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
