Mô tả công việc

Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction to related parties.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Coordinate with internal & external customers by phone, email, chatting application to answer queries and obtain the relevance.
Planning and issuing the sale plan & relevance.
Updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Supporting the commercial team with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in relate field
Male/Female , age 25-35 years old
Good in Microsoft program (word/excel/powerpoint)
Pleasant personality
Positive thinking and trustworthy
Able to work under pressure
Able to work efficiently both internally with all other departments and externally with customers
Fair command of English
