Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only US e-commerce market but also to enter new e-commerce markets of more than 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America, not only Amazon channel but also Walmart, Wayfair among others. I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
* Monitor day by day sales performance
Collaborate with IT to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and planning teams to align analytics efforts with overall business goals
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure commercial success.
Coordinate with SEM team to track marketing campaign, optimize impressions, and regulate marketing budget
Conduct & review the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel.
* Data Analysis
Analyze commercial data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Utilize statistical methods and tools to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
* Reporting
Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
* Ad-hoc Request
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
University bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
Solid technical/functional knowledge in statistics
Skills
Good English is a must;
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data with high attention to detail
Ability to visualize findings, create meaningful insights, and arrive at actionable recommendations
Strong spoken and written communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese) to collaborate with team members and to explain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Time management and multitasking
Adaptability and flexibility.
Experience
4 years' experience in commercial analytics or a related role
Experience writing complex queries in SQL or other SQL-based languages
Experience with BI/analytics/statistics tools and languages (PowerBI, Google Data Studio, R, Python, etc.)
