What You Will Do
Assist with managing store operations on E-commerce marketplaces
Optimize product listings and manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
Executing store setup, uploading, changing & maintenance of shop (Banner, Images, Contents, Product Detail Pages, Product Listing, Promotion Setup)
Key contact point for all escalation, issues arising with platform and operations
Updating daily performance and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Provide support to the Commercial Manager to do commercials & promotions plans, sales forecast
Who You Are
A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
At least 1+ year(s) of working experience in commercial e-commerce fields, i.e. retail, FMCG, sales, and marketing.
Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels.
Result-driven, flexible, and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication skills.
