Mô tả công việc
1. JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for leading the partnering agenda for the Commercial team, in both short-term and long-term strategies ensuring performance from Gross to Net Sales, to provide insightful highlights on potential opportunities and risk for the business, as well and driving mitigations for gap closure. The position will in charge of rolling forecast, annual budgeting and performance tracking for commercial.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate with commercial team for monthly volume projection (MMVF).
- Providing insightful financial analysis on business performance, in details of variety aspects (channel mix/product mix/market outlook...), support determine strategy and business decision making.
- Cooperate with Sales & MKT to drive net revenue growth through key drivers (pricing/mix/promotion...)
- Manage and monitor A&D accrual for channel/brands/customer.
- New Product Assessment: Partner with MKT & Sales to simulate the P&L for new SKU reflect in all relevant assumptions, as well as follow up on the actual performance.
- Business modelling: run the different scenarios reflect the latest market conditions, key assumptions showing the potentials financial impact and coordinate with commercial team on mitigations for gap closure.
- A&P: partner with sales & MKT for A&P spending and evaluation to improve efficiency and support top line growth.
- Monitor and guide stakeholders on KPI for performance indicators.
- Compliance and control: liaise with accounting to maintain and improve compliance follow group policy and tax requirements.
- Performs other related duties and assist in ad hoc project as specify by Line Manager

Education & Experience
- Bachelor/Master degree of Accountancy & Finance.
- Proven working experience with minimum of 7-10 years solid business partnering/business planning in commercial (Sales & MKT) in big MNC, preferably FMCG industry.
Functional & Leadership Competencies
- Management Reporting & Analytical Skills
- Business acumen/business insights
- Knowledge of Legal, Taxation & Compliance Issues
- Teamwork / Motivational Ability.
- Excellence communication skill and able to communicate effectively with high level stakeholders.
- Proactive & have leadership skills.
- Fluent English.
