Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Commercial Director (Hospital, $3000, ID 21351):
Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and manage Sales and Marketing teams to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Expand customer networks, including corporate clients, insurance companies, healthcare partners, and individual customers.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships to drive
business development.
Oversee marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
Monitor business performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and recommend improvement strategies.
Track KPIs, revenue, costs, and overall commercial effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Prepare business performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Support business expansion initiatives and perform additional duties assigned by the CEO or management.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or insurance.
At least 2-3 years of people management experience.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and customer behavior.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively in English.
