Since 1994, AR Group has been the leading player in vision care for the Vietnam market. We distribute affordable to premium/luxury optical glasses and sunglasses, lenses and contact lenses, throughout our retail chains Eyewearhut and Jess Optics, as well as through 1000+ selected partners.
We are expanding our distribution network and we are looking for a seasoned Commercial Director to drive the growth and set up strategic route to market.
The role
As Commercial Director, you will report directly to the C.E.O. and be part of the Board of Management. You will be responsible for driving all possible sales channels to end consumers with a strong emphasis and focus on wholesale channels.
Your responsibilities
- Initiate and analyze business opportunities and competition to drive business nationwide
- Develop traditional sales channels as well as modern trade. Increase business flow with key accounts
- Drive sales strategies for all channels and implement policies for trade terms, partners' support and incentives schemes
- Coordinate with trade marketing to enhance our brands' visibility
- Set up budgets and drive sales reports
- Manage a nationwide salesforce team

Yêu cầu công việc
- 10 years-experience in a similar position with experience in both modern trade and traditional trade
- Strong in driving a national sales team by setting up relevant kpis and follow up on them
- Strategic thinking on market segmentation and tactical approach to customers
- Capacity to generate new leads throughout a clear business development strategy
- Fluent English speaking
