Directly report to: General Director
Job purpose: The Commercial Director with a focus on Marketing and MT (Modern Trade) channel will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial activities related to marketing and the MT channel within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability within the specific focus areas of marketing and the MT channel.
Tasks in detail:
1. Developing and executing commercial strategies that align sales, marketing, and business objectives, with a keen eye on Marketing & MT Channel
2. Revenue growth and business development to expand the company's market share and reach new customers.
3. Financial analysis and performance including analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions and enhance performance.
4. Working with profit targets to set pricing strategies, optimise margins, and ensure sustainable profitability.
5. Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify trends, assess opportunities, and drive product/service improvements.
6. Building and implementing customer satisfaction programmes to enhance client retention and brand loyalty.
7. Leading and motivating the commercial team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive excellence.
8. Effectively communicating the organisation's value propositions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
9. Implementing strategic training programmes and supporting the team's professional growth.

Yêu cầu
PERSONAL & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
2. Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role within the FMCG industry
3. Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles and best practices
4. Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
6. Strategic mindset with an ability to make difficult decisions
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
9. Willingness to travel as needed
