Mô tả công việc

• Our portfolio for our customers includes the following services: automated and manual invoice verification, performance and quality monitoring, comparisons of products and services, digitization of your invoices and cost allocation based on the polluter pays.
• Your tasks:
+ Manual entry of invoices that cannot be read by systems.
+ Periodic factual and arithmetical verification of invoices for the present agreements for forwarding and logistics services (across modes of transport) automated and mainly in Excel.
+ You will create evaluations, statistics and reports as part of the periodic audit of the invoices in Excel.
+ Communication with the other European locations
+ In the first step, the tasks will take place as additional work for the German location and in the second step it is planned to carry out the tasks independently.
+ Later on, you will be able to take on additional tasks from our portfolio of consulting services, which will open up many opportunities for advancement.
Workplace:
• Ho Chi Minh City, District 1
• Serepok Tower, 56 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Dakao Ward, District 1, HCMC

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; 1.00 pm - 5.30 pm
Holidays:
• 14 days per year

Requirements for the position:
1. Education, Experience:
+ University degree or university degree with a focus on: logistics, business administration, import-export or related disciplines
2. Skills and competencies
+ Confident handling of office computers (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and e-mail...)
+ Very good handling of Excel and Pivot
+ Enthusiasm for controlling activities
+ You have an affinity for working with large amounts of data in Excel
+ Good soft skills in working with people (communication, ability to work in a team)
+ You are looking for a long-term position in a new young team
Language skills:
• Written and spoken English
• German communication (but not required)
