Summary of Role:
• The position is located at Ho Chi Minh office
• This role reports to the General Manager and involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the development of the business' strategy; Provide analytical expertise and support for business planning and decision-making using internal and market information, data and statistics.

Responsibilities in Detail:
• TPI Management: Focuses on managing relationships with external partners to drive sales, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing performance. Key responsibilities include growing a TPI portfolio, conducting face-to-face meetings, resolving operational queries, and meeting sales targets
• Pricing Management: Drives profitability by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer demand to develop and implement optimal pricing strategies; Collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance to set prices, manage discounts, and improve margins.
• Tender & Contract management: Manages the full lifecycle of procurement, from preparing tender packages, analyzing requirements, and negotiating terms to managing post-award contract performance, compliance, and risk mitigation. Key duties include issuing tenders, evaluating bids, drafting contracts, and managing supplier KPIs.
• Sales Analysis Excellence Tool & CRM: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data to provide actionable insights, ensuring high data integrity, and developing automated tools to enhance sales productivity.
• Assistant to GM, local Legal & Compliance support
• Marketing event support
