Mô tả công việc
Developing domestic sales strategies and setting targets
Processing sale to align with company sales strategies and policies
Monitoring sales performance, compiling and analyzing costs and sales figures
Training commercial engineer (staff level)
Keeping up to date with products, market information, competitors, customer feedback and presenting to the top management
Working with customer complaints, analyzing results, and determining ways to streamline and improve the sales process.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
Liaise with teams of supply chain and operations

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering /Business Admin/Other relate field
MBA from recognized universities is a plus
Male, age 30-45 years old
3 years experiences in sales, marketing, supply chain, business development or related which includes 2 years minimum at managerial level.

Positive thinking and trustworthy
Highly motivated, committed to success and able to work independently
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and good human relation skills
Able to work efficiently both internally with all other departments and externally with customers
Able to motivate, lead and coach a team
Good command of English is preferable
Able to travel domestically and aboard
