Market & Competitive Research: Support SWOT/PESTLE analysis to inform enrolment strategy planning; Monitor international education market trends in Vietnam and track competitor movements.
Process & Documentation Management: Standardise and maintain commercial planning records (SOPs, report templates, data trackers.

At least 1 year in a business planning,
data analyst, report analytics, or similar role.
Experience working across multiple commercial functions (marketing, sales, or sales) preferred.
Background in education, services, or consumer sectors is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar) is a strong advantage.
Collaborative - able to earn trust and alignment across different teams with different priorities.
