- Quarterly vehicle sales audit & SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) evaluation for South areas to maintain facility and sales efficiency.
- Regularly monitor, track dealerships' operations to ensure strict compliance with the company's established SOPs, identifying gaps and providing immediate corrective feedback.
- Closely follow up and manage the dealer development project, onboarding
processes, and probation activities of new or underperforming dealers
- Annual Kaizen for DSF (Dealer standard facility)/ SOP books
- Support organizing dealer events/meetings (dealer conferences, mid-year dealer conferences, PDCA...)
- Other jobs assigned by managers
Yêu cầu
• Education: University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Automotive Engineering.
• Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, dealer audit, dealer operation within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
• Skills:
o Critical thinking with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
o Proficient in English for communication and work (TOEIC 550)
o Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point), be able to read layout
drawing
