The Senior Executive/Lead - Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation, benefits, incentive, and reward programs that support Momo's business objectives and governance requirements. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Total Rewards, provides data-driven insights, and leads key compensation and benefits initiatives.
Total Rewards Operations
• Lead & Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies, salary structures, and reward frameworks aligned with business objectives
• Manage annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, promotions, salary adjustments, and budget planning.
• Analyze compensation trends, pay positioning, compression risks, and internal equity issues.
• Conduct market benchmarking using salary surveys and external market data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Maintain salary ranges, grading structures, and job architecture frameworks.
• Maintain and enhance vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery and compliance of benefits programs.
Incentive & Variable Pay Programs
• Design, administer, and monitor short-term and long-term incentive programs.
• Support annual bonus, sales incentive, commission, and retention bonus programs
• Calculate incentive payouts and ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance with approved policies
• Evaluate incentive effectiveness and recommend improvements to drive business performance.
Benefits & Well-being Programs
• Manage employee benefit programs including wellness initiatives, allowances, and other related benefits
• Support employee communication and education regarding benefit programs.
HR Analytics & Governance
• Develop and maintain Total Rewards dashboards, reports, and workforce cost analyses.
• Provide insights on payroll costs, compensation trends, benefits utilization, and reward effectiveness.
• Support annual staff cost budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning exercises.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, tax requirements, social insurance regulations, and internal governance standard.
• Prepare materials and recommendations for HR leadership, and Management (when required).
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, or Business; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
• 5 - 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
• Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations (tech/start-up or multinational).
• Hands-on project management of HR/Total Rewards transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience with compensation and incentive program design.
Skills:
• Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel/data analysis proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
• Ability to balance program design with hands-on operational execution.
• Innovative and proactive mindset with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
• Can-do attitude, solution-oriented thinking.
