Sales Cycle & Go-To-Market (GTM) Coordination (35%)
Partner with the Sales Cycle Committee to select products for quarterly launch.
Develop and coordinate detailed GTM plans and launch schedules.
Track adoption, sales activity, and performance using CRM or reporting tools.
Support Marketing in preparing collateral and launch communications.
Product Development & Innovation (25%)
Collaborate with Product Management to drive the implementation of new product solutions.
Collect and analyze client and internal insights to inform innovation priorities.
Coordinate and support internal teams to build and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new launches.
Assist Head of Product Innovation & Product Experts in preparing SLAs, pricing models, and business cases.
Partner with Operations to ensure training, documentation, and capacity planning for launch readiness.
Support the creation of the annual Product Pipeline with the Head of Product Innovation and VP of Wholesale.
Product Commercial Enablement (15%)
Contribute to pricing models, product positioning, and commercial reviews.
Analyze contribution margins, adoption rates, and performance trends.
Coordinate financial modeling with Product, Finance, and Operations.
Monitor product profitability and recommend adjustments to enhance margin performance.
3rd Party Integration & Vendor Coordination (15%)
Identify and evaluate potential 3rd party partners aligned with product roadmap.
Coordinate onboarding, integration, and readiness with internal teams.
Manage day-to-day operational relationships and monitor SLAs and quality of service provided to Esoft.
Maintain documentation for integrations and vendor performance.
Other relevant tasks as and when required (10%)
Other tasks as needed and directed by Head of Product & Innovation
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years experience in product management, operations, go-to-market, and/or project coordination.
Good English communication
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams across departments..
Curious mindset with a love for exploring how new technologies and services can enhance customer value.
A natural collaborator who thrives in internal-facing roles with a strategic, behind-the-scenes impact.
Bonus: Familiarity with real estate marketing, post-production services, or integration of 3rd party APIs.
