Job Description

To be responsible for assisting the Commercial team on the project follow-up, preparing data
& all consolidation tasks related to commercial management.
Support CM to keep track of all processes and flow of work in the commercial department and related departments, follow up and quickly update status until the tasks are done.
Work with suppliers to receive and update information as soon as possible about: target, status of product, price change, monthly promotion
Manage and key quotations, monthly promotion on the system.
Contract & contact follow up:
Trading term status & information
Processing to sign the contract
Vendor list and contact list update
Others assist commercial team to get feedback and answer to question from customers
Supporting the supply department with other administrative tasks, if requested

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Pharmaceutics
At least 1-2 years in the same position
Master in Excel and familiar with Power BI dashboard
