Event Specialist

Event management:
Prepare project plans and event strategy, including events, activations, seminars, meet-ups, and contests.
Research the market to identify event opportunities and generate interest.
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop communication and content plans for events.
Manage the acquisition of attendees.
Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers and participants.
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Manage all aspects of event setup, teardown, and follow-up processes, including booking venues, entertainers, photographers, and scheduling speakers.
Analyze event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement in event outcomes.
Propose ideas to enhance services and event quality.
Monitor project progress and budgets.
Work with internal stakeholders to execute projects.
Partnership MKT Execution:
Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation.
Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications.
Maintain positive and productive relationship with partners.
