Coffee Team is expanding to meet the increasing growing demand in Asia. We are looking at motivated individual to 2026 Graduate Trainee Program (Agri-Commercial Track)
Number of headcounts: 4 for four based locations (1 HC/ location)
1. Daklak Office - 4th Floor, BEC building, 39-41 Che Lan Vien Street, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Daklak Province
2. Gia Lai Office - Lot A11, Tra Da Industrial Park, Pleiku Ward, Gia Lai Province
3. Bảo Lâm - Lâm Đồng: Hamlet 4, Bao Lam 2 Ward, Lam Dong Province Lam Dong Province
4. Hồ Chí Minh City Office: 12th Floor, Friendship Tower, 31 Le Duan, old District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Main Responsibilities
This is an 18-month program designed to equip you with foundational knowledge and professional skills in one of our business platforms, with rotation across various functions such as trade execution, research and marketing/trading. Through practical projects and mentoring from
business leaders, you would gain deeper understanding of the business and competencies that are essential to furthering your career growth.
Depending on individual performance, you could expect to develop professionally in commodities research, trading, marketing roles after the program and beyond.
Key Department Rotations and Responsibilities:
- Trading:
• Monitor daily trading environment and predict market movement
• Support the team on completion and execution of trades efficiently and accurately
• Support the team on deals with new clients
• Keep the commercial team informed of relevant issues with their customers
• Follow market movements and support decision-making
• Perform detailed data analysis and valuation
• Create dynamic and intuitive dashboards to support business reporting and analytics
- Marketing:
• Enhance technical skills in derivatives and physical markets
• Abide by the company's risk control policy and execution procedure
• Follow up contract execution and work with related (credit/contracts/logistics) teams to solve problems
- Research:
• Process and analyse information, develop relevant databases and synthesize research and report findings in a clear and informative structure
• Manage statistical data in commodities balance sheets and conduct macroeconomic monitoring
• Contribute new insights and independent ideas to the team
• Assist researchers and traders with the commercial research and trading activities
• Provide market data to research team
- Sustainability:
• Assess the risks associated with sustainability issues, such as climate change, water scarcity and labor rights violations in LDC value chains
• Support the company to comply with relevant laws and standards relative to sustainability (e.g. EU Deforestation Regulation, Sustainable certification Standards etc).
Yêu cầu công việc
• 1-2 years of work experience as a Trader in multinational corporations is preferred.
• Recent graduates with strong potential of Trading/
Business Development business, from all degree disciplines and with strong academic records are welcome to apply.
• Strong problem solving and numerical/analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, for both English & Vietnamese
• Ability to work independently and thrive in uncertainty situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and programming languages e.g., VBA, Python, Power BI is a plus.
• Prior internship/ experience in agricultural commodities (cashew, green coffee, etc...) industry is a plus.
• Requires entrepreneurial, good interpersonal skills & team player.
• Possess strong work ethics and humility, high level of ownership and responsibility.
• Willing to relocate for business trip/ assignment
