COMMERCIALIZATION ENGINEER

Job description:
Manage the development and commercialization operations of a defined range of footwear products, follow up and ensure that Development/Commercialization schedule is implemented on time.
Ensure products developed to meet cost targets, work collaboratively with factory/ suppliers and costing team to optimize value/cost ratio
Ensure product evaluation covers areas of Fit/ Performance, Quality/Lab, Pattern/Grading, Cost/ Productivity and commercial feasibility
Communicate with USA team on the product development & commercialization concerns
Ensure right and good quality samples sent to Headquarters & customers
Coordinate with in-charge factory & take responsibilities for developing/ modifying/ checking shoe lasts & patterns
Involve in sole molds development/ review the 2D blueprints/ components in basic standards.
Set-up SOP based on the product requirements.
Review all the grading patterns and ensure that SOP are correct for extreme size trial.
Make sure full-size production trial and mass production are on the same page
Coordinate with production/ quality control departments
