Communication, Design and Social Media Content Officer

Job Purpose:
The role of the Communication, Design and Social Media Content Officer is to support communication work of the school with a focus on digital communication and visual contents.
To develop and implement communications for internal and external audiences including staff, residents, businesses, partners, stakeholders and media.
Job Description:
- Create compelling and informative multimedia content for school' communications channels including website, facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, email newsletter;
- Update and manage RGSV's communication channels
- Write and optimise content for the website, digital newsletters, print publications and social networking sites.
- Ensure consistency in terms of voice, branding, messaging and frequency of posting via digital channels.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for school communication' purposes
- Coordinate with different departments upon request to create content for both internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with different departments and outsourcing partners to produce media materials to support both internal and external events/ campaigns
- Take the initiative in managing and developing content for school's website, social media channels other online marketing channels; proactively coordinate with various departments to maintain and update all relevant information on these channels as part of school's promotion strategy.
- Maintain documentation, photographic and video libraries.
- Handle basic multimedia task and video editing
- Undertake any other duties as required from time to time.
