Mô tả công việc
- Develop plans, create ideas, coordinate with relevant departments to implement business communication programs (internal and external) including:
- Internal events (company birthday, monthly member birthday, team building, company trip, sport activities, holidays, seminars...)
- External events (Community activities, Workshop, recruitment events...) o Produce content such as video, post, article, news, photos for promoting and developing Organizational Culture.
- Be responsible for updating contents, articles on the communication channels: Website, Fanpage, Group, Internal notifications...
- Support to the recruitment team by amplifying our job opening across several identified channels.
- Responsible for some administrative task ✓ Other duties as assigned by manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related areas
- At least 1 year of experience in communication, marketing, event management, and/or recruiting
- Strong familiarity with community activities, social networking sites and job boards
- Precise and accurate working method, good time management and teamwork
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic, active and creative mindset
