Job Purpose
❖ Attract new students to all campuses: Chua Boc (Day School), Hoa Lac (Day & Boarding School), Vinh (Day School)
❖ Manage TH School's internal communication
❖ Promote/increase media presence of TH Schools as a whole to external audiences
Job Description
❖ Proactively searching out information to create content for TH School's social media platforms: Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube. Manage, update and leverage those platforms.
❖ Manage and update TH School's website regarding content.
❖ Create and manage TH School's monthy internal newsletter.
❖ Key contact for Press & Electronic marketing and other marketing agencies. Take care of contract and paperworks when needed.
❖ Assist with proofreading, copywriting, editing copy and collecting information for the team when needed.
❖ Create content for marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers) for schools' events & activities as well as for promotion & branding purposes.
❖ Proactively searching out information for PR purposes and writing press releases & interviews with electronic prints, such as VTV.
❖ Liaison with, and providing information to, the media and arranging interviews with members of staff, parents, students, etc. when necessary.
❖ Create a system to store and manage all marketing materials regarding content.
❖ Create his/her own system to keep track of the workload and meet deadlines.
❖ Report to his/her line manager weekly.
❖ The post holder will, from time to time, be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as may reasonably be required by his/her line manager.
