Develop and execute the Social Media Plan (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) in alignment with the HYPOXI brand direction.
Manage content and visuals across all digital channels, ensuring consistency with the brand voice, continuous updates, and creative engagement.
Ideate, edit, and supervise the production of video content, KOL reviews, testimonials, and influencer campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, production houses, and KOLs to implement integrated communication campaigns (PR, social media, events, seeding, KOL/KOC booking).
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns; propose optimizations in messaging, visuals, and channel strategies.
Regularly compile communication performance reports, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
Participate in media budget planning and supervision for each campaign.
Maintain and expand relationships with press, media partners, KOLs, and relevant agencies.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Communications, Social Media, PR, or
Digital Marketing.
Preferably experienced in executing real communication campaigns, especially within the Wellness, Fitness, Beauty, F&B, or Lifestyle industries.
Strong understanding of Social Media Trends, KOL/Influencer Marketing, and Content Strategy.
Ability to create engaging content, develop plans, and manage projects from start to finish.
Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is an advantage.
