Communication Leader

Be brand ambassador and live deeply the company culture, values and inspire others
Create and facilitate communication network inside Decathlon Vietnam and connect with Decathlon global to ensure the consistence and and alignment in communication strategy, actions plans and material
Initiate different activities to increase the link among team members and with the Company, promote the Company's culture and update the changes
Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to communicate the recruitment and employer branding activities, propose relevant solutions to reach target candidates/ audiences
Define communication strategy, budget, execution plan and priorities answering the company's purpose and direction, response well the business, human strategy and the context
Set up and monitor communication platform, protocols & initiatives detail action plan to increase DK employer awareness and attract the talent.
Monthly follow-up the implementation of the action plan, measure the effectiveness of each channel and make the adjustment if needed
Continuously review the working procedures and relevant policies in my area to make them better
Build communication tool kit and theme
Manage communication service providers with high level of demanding for the best service and efficiency
Involve directly in company activities (events, campaign, training...) to take lead designing, content writing and communication...
Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner and come up with solutions
Represent the organization at events and press conferences.
