Mô tả công việc
1.Medical Communication operations:
- Build a strong plan to develop the awareness of the brand around dermatology and the science.
- Planning, organize, follow, coordinate all the medical activity and event that we will implement during the year as symposium, congress, advisory board, KOL event, clinical studies.
- Analyze information collected from various data sources to measure product's effectiveness and forecast user needs based on facts & trends.
- Consulting, building marketing programs for existing products and preparing to launch new products (launching products) in medical channel.
- Organizing seminars and conferences: Ensure the company's brand identity is complete, coordinate well with the Sales Department in all stages of seminars and conferences.
- Implementation of Marketing programs.

- Oversees monthly management of category budget ensuring that all activities are within budget and financial parameters.
2. KOLs Relationship
- Improve our relationship with medical KOL and OL to get their endorsement
- Taking care of KOLs and consulting product information to customers: Ensure that KOLs know the Company and recognize the presence of the company's treatment products.
3. Training
- Training, product knowledge training: Ensure product information is conveyed accurately and timely. (Business team and team of doctor)
4. Team collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing department for the marketing campaign and event planning
- Coordinate with sales department to survey and assess the level of information reception, satisfaction, and trust of customers for products, brands, and sales staff.
5. Other functions
- Answer questions from customers related to products.
- Market survey in medical segments in assessing potentials and new product opportunities.
- Synthesize reports, Marketing plans, seminars, conferences, etc
- Perform other requests as assigned by the Board of Directors, Head of Department/Superior.

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from Pharmaceutical/Medical University
- Min 3-5 years working experience in a field of marketing in a similar position.
- Demonstrable successes in marketing or sales, the advantage is that you have gained this experience in a sales position, also a medical background as Medical Advisor can also be attributable for marketing roles.
- Preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Open minded, service minded, strong marketing sense, responsibility.
- Influent English speaking
- Can work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Full SHUI of Basic salary + Liberty heath check
- Yearly bonus: based on the complete job level of the Employee ( 10% * total gross 12 months )
- 13th-month salary
- Professional working environment
- Min 3-5 years working experience in a field of marketing in a similar position.
- Demonstrable successes in marketing or sales, the advantage is that you have gained this experience in a sales position, also a medical background as Medical Advisor can also be attributable for marketing roles.
