Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop and execute PR and social media strategies for diverse clients.
Media Engagement: Assist in maintaining media relationships, crafting press materials, and pitching stories to journalists and media outlets.
Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of compelling content for press releases, media pitches, social media posts, and other communication channels.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and online discussions, compile detailed reports, and analyze data to assess the impact of PR and social media campaigns.
Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and media briefings.
Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative input to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing social media accounts for clients, including content creation and engagement.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about PR and social media trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a PR or communications agency.
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Familiarity with media landscapes, an understanding of journalists' needs, and awareness of emerging media trends.
Demonstrate initiative, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms,
digital marketing, and content creation tools.
