Communications Intern/ Thực Tập Sinh Truyền Thông Full-Time 2024

International NGO - ChildFund Vietnam is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Communications Intern (unpaid).
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Job title: Communications Intern;
Effective date: ASAP;
Department: Public Affairs Department;
Location: Hanoi;
Reports to: Head of Public Affairs.
2. MAIN DUTIES
Support the Communications team to:
Source, edit/author a range of media engagement content;
Design simple communications products;
Translate communications related documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa;
Aid in internal communication activities;
Support with event organising;
Other tasks as assigned by line manager;
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
College/University in the relevant field of recruitment position
Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
Good computer literacy;
Good knowledge of content writing and design (this will be tested)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially Ai, Id, Pr) preferred

5. WORK LOCATION & TIME
Level 5, Vinafor building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.
Work onsite from Monday to Friday (8:30.A.M-5.P.M) and possible to work from home 1 day per week.
