ClickMedia is seeking for a Community Executive who will be in charge of our Influencer Marketing (or Outreach) part and involve in our daily execution at the execution level.
Location: L9, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam
Type of employment: Full-time Permanent
Report to: Community Manager
OVERVIEW
As a Community Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategies to engage and grow our customer community. You will work closely with the Community Manager to implement initiatives aimed at fostering meaningful interactions, increasing brand loyalty, and driving customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Assist in the development and execution of community engagement plans, including content creation, event coordination, and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor and moderate community forums, social media channels, and other online platforms to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for community growth and participation and develop strategies to encourage active involvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align community initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze community metrics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in community management and online engagement.
WHAT YOU NEED
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
• Good written and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with customers.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
