Customer Insight and Experience
Assist in user research to identify common traits, pain points, and unmet needs;
Conduct market research to analyze competitors;
Assist to design a storyboard for the customer journey;
Community Management
Edit short-form videos for community channels (Zalo, Facebook, TikTok);
Support production of recap videos, tutorial clips, or parent-facing content;
Repurpose existing content into formats suited for different platforms;
Maintain a simple content calendar and track post performance;
Monitor and engage Zalo and Facebook groups;
Draft posts, announcements, and parent communications;
Team Efficiency
Support identify and test automation opportunities across different workflows;
Document what works and create reusable templates or SOPs;
Leverage AI tools for to enhance workflows;
Assist in testing new tools or process changes; log outcomes clearly.
Yêu cầu
Ability to intern at least 40 hours/week (Tue to Sat) for 3-6 months;
Final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Education, etc., with a passion for product development and project management;
Can edit short-form videos end-to-end: trimming, captions, transitions, basic color/audio;
Good communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Tools;
Strong organizational, planning, and entrepreneurial spirit;
Responsible, hardworking, and progressive.
Nice to Have
Experience making short-form videos (Facebook reels, Tiktok);
Experience using AI tools to speed up video production;
Basic Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, simple dashboards);
Familiarity with automation tools;
Passion in education / edtech.
