Manage and operate online communities/groups on Facebook(Messenger), WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Organize community activities, share daily updates/news, and maintain high user engagement within the group.
Monitor and respond to comments/messages, maintain engagement, and foster a positive community environment.
Collect user insights and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with KOLs,
content creators, and the operations team to execute campaigns, mini-games, and livestreams.
Track community metrics and propose improvements.
Stay updated on trends and best practices across online communities.
Support online events when required
Minimum 1 year of experience in community management or online user operations.
Fluent in English communication
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to manage community situations tactfully.
Fast learner, highly responsible
Good understanding of social media platforms and user behavior in Overseas market.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
