a. Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Partnership Development (40%)
- Build and manage a partnership pipeline across key segments, including banks & insurance companies, large corporations, F&B chains, fitness & lifestyle brands, universities, and local communities.
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers (HR, Admin, Employee Engagement/Benefits teams, Event Organizers), while maintaining 10-15 active opportunities in the pipeline.
- Prepare partnership proposals and negotiate collaboration models, including corporate gifting, employee benefit programs, promotional vouchers, gift-with-purchase campaigns, and event co-sponsorships.
- Manage post-signing relationships by ensuring both parties fulfill commitments, maintaining regular engagement, and expanding partnerships through quarterly initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
2. Partner Activation Management (30%)
- Plan and execute on-site activations at partner locations, including beauty talks, makeup workshops, sampling booths, and mini-events.
- Develop standardized activation packages-including event format, MUA staffing, product demonstrations, giveaway kits, and budget-to enable efficient replication across partners.
- Collaborate with the MUA and Content teams to ensure every activation generates measurable leads through registration forms, unique voucher codes, QR-based membership sign-ups, and marketing assets.
3. Community Building & Engagement (20%)
- Build and grow the MOI customer community across Facebook Groups and Zalo Official Account by developing community guidelines, recurring content, engagement activities, and membership programs.
- Expand the network of makeup artists (MUAs) and local micro-KOCs as brand advocates and referral partners.
- Partner with the CRM team to convert community members into customers through welcome vouchers, exclusive community offers, and referral programs.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting (10%)
- Track the complete partnership funnel, from partner outreach > signed partnerships > activations > leads/new customers > partnership-attributed revenue.
- Maintain weekly (W/C) pipeline trackers and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for the direct manager, providing data-driven recommendations on which partnership models to scale or discontinue.

Qualifications:
What skills, expertise, or behavioral traits are needed to succeed in this position?
- Passionate about or knowledgeable in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Basic makeup skills are a strong advantage.
- Existing relationships with corporate HR/Admin teams, universities, running or fitness communities, or Makeup Artist (MUA) networks are highly preferred.
- Experience managing a Facebook Group, Zalo Official Account (OA), or an online community with over 1,000 members is a plus.
Required experience & education:
What is the education or work experience needed to qualify for this position?
- 1-3 years of experience in Partnership,
Business Development, Community, Account Management, or Event Management roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to proactively reach out to and meet potential partners. Cold outreach doesn't intimidate you.
- Proficient in preparing compelling proposals and presentations, and comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to track pipelines, leads, and performance.
- Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively. This role involves frequent travel and requires strong time management skills.
