1. Legal Affairs Support:
Support Legal Affairs in Contract Management: archive contracts, update lists of contract and inform the due date for contracts which need to be reviewed/ terminated; monitor company's Contracts renewal, expiration, archive.
Support Legal Affairs in check legal status's vendors and update the status of vendors.
Support Legal Affairs in preparing for periodic legal training.
Support Legal Affairs for public relation activities including corporate social responsibility, industrial relations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
2. Assist compliance matters:
Support the Compliance Officer to supervise the compliance matter in the company.
Work with Compliance Officer to take necessary corrective action and prevent similar violations in the future.
Support the Compliance Officer to prepare reports, plans and compliance training.
Support the Compliance Officer to monitor DSVN's SOP and Policy to ensure complied by all functions: update SOP and Policy Master Log, collect SOPs and Policies from other departments for administration; send reminder email for periodic review SOP and policy; follow up and collect "Periodic Review Form", "Deviation Report Form". "Retirement Form"; prepare report on SOP's review status.
3. Risk & crisis management:
Follow up Business Continuity Plan (BCP) including instruct Head of Departments how to build department BCP, review BCP, collect BCP and conduct periodic trainings.
Instruct Head of Departments update and monitoring risk periodically.
4. Information Security Officer:
Act as Information Security Officer Assistant to monitor the status of compliance with Handling Information and Information Management.
5. Contact person for ESG and SDGs:
Prepare annual reports related to ESG & SGDs as required
In charge of organize the activities, events, contests, trainings, etc related to environment awareness, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable development goals as required.
6. Update Websites :
Request Head of Department to update or create new article quarterly.
Inspect to check any outdated contents and report to supervisor.

Bachelor's degree in related field
01-02 years of related experience required, with legal experience preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
Careful and detailed in handling tasks.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to maintain confidential records.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
