Policy Development and Maintenance: Proactively develop, review, and periodically update internal regulations and policies to ensure continuous alignment with the latest requirements from the Regulating Entity.
Operational Monitoring: Conduct independent and regular inspections and assessments of the company's business operations, transactions, and processes to promptly detect compliance risks, errors, or violations.
Compliance Risk Management: Establish and implement a Compliance Risk Framework to mitigate potential penalties, financial losses, or reputational damage resulting from non-compliance.
Periodic & Ad-hoc Reports: Take responsibility for collecting, verifying data, and preparing compliance reports required periodically (quarterly, annually) or ad-hoc by the Regulatory Authority.
Record Keeping: Ensure all compliance documents, records, and reports are systematically stored, secured, and easily retrievable upon request for audits or inspections.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Forex (Foreign Exchange) industry.
Careful, honest, possesses organizational thinking, and strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information securely.
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken & written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
