Compliance Specialist (Environment)

Driving ESG Vision & Strategy and Developing relevant docs tool, Providing relevant education:
• Responsible for daily activities related maintain the environmental management system (EMS).
• Make reports of environmental performance based on the requirement of local legal regulation
• Manager and ensure all the production activities comply with the regulation & policies of local, and customers
• Update and manage the annual Higg index FEM adoption following the Higg cadence cycle.
• Assist CSR team to implement audits related to environmental sustainability.
• Maintain environmental data management and reporting system.
• Train and educate staff and workers on environmental programs and policies.
• Maintain wastewater treatment permit/License and waste recycling procedures.
• Develop budget and timelines for environmental operations and develop cost reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality.
• Improve and raise awareness about the environment to all employees within the factories
• Cover Air Emission Analysis, Water Reduction, Renewable Energy, and Restriction Chemical Program
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
