Scope of Work
Review online videos, content, complaints, legal notices, and copyright-related cases received from end customers.
Review and update content on a popular social media platform.
Audit received content before sharing or uploading to social media.
Income
Average Income: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month
Base salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Night shift allowance: 30% of base salary
Monthly KPI incentive: Up to 1,200,000 VND/month
Probation salary: 100% salary during the 2-month probation period

Requirements
Graduated from high school or equivalent academic level.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Prior experience in LPO, regulatory work, or social media platforms is a plus.
Awareness of current affairs and events in relevant markets/countries.
Mature and analytical mindset.
Strong teamwork and engagement.
Work Schedule
5 days/week, with any 2 days off.
Rotating 24/7 shifts, arranged by the team leader.
Shift duration: 9 hours/shift, including 1.5 hours of rest.
