Luxury Concierge | TravelThru
Location: Remote or Đà Nẵng, Vietnam
TravelThru provides private airport transfers and chauffeur services worldwide. As we work with global luxury travel advisors, concierge companies and private clients, we are looking for an experienced Luxury Concierge to take personal ownership of these bookings.
You will manage each request from the first conversation through supplier selection, quotation, payment coordination and successful service delivery. We need someone who thinks quickly, makes sound decisions and follows through without needing constant direction.
Your role
Be the main point of contact for luxury travel advisors, concierge partners and private clients, communicating confidently through email, WhatsApp and calls.
Understand the full request, including itinerary, vehicle preferences, luggage, special requirements and the details that matter to each guest.
Find suitable suppliers within TravelThru's partner network, working with our Account Management team or contacting suppliers directly where appropriate.
Check availability, vehicle suitability, service standards, pricing and cancellation terms before preparing clear, accurate quotations.
Work with
Business Development and Finance to agree pricing, margins, payment arrangements and practical solutions for individual requests.
Coordinate client payments and supplier payments with Finance, keeping deposits, deadlines, invoices and settlement status clear on both sides.
Confirm all service details with suppliers, including pickup arrangements, chauffeur information, guest preferences and special instructions.
Monitor upcoming and active bookings, anticipate problems and take ownership of changes, urgent requests and service recovery.
Follow up after service, resolve outstanding matters and build relationships that encourage clients to book again.
How you will work
-You will have the flexibility to manage luxury requests outside the standard Customer Service workflow. You are expected to use your judgment and make decisions together with Finance and Business Development, without unnecessary handovers.
-TravelThru's quality-control requirements remain mandatory. Flexibility in handling a request must always be supported by careful supplier checks, accurate confirmations and clear records of commitments and payments.
-You will remain accountable for the request from start to finish, bringing in the right colleagues when needed and keeping the client informed throughout.
Who we are looking for
Luxury hospitality or luxury travel experience is essential. Your background may include a luxury hotel concierge team, high-end travel agency, private concierge service or premium chauffeur operation.
Exceptional spoken and written English is essential. You must be able to lead client calls, understand nuanced requests, negotiate with international suppliers and write naturally and professionally.
Excellent judgment and resourcefulness. You can work through an unfamiliar request, ask the right questions and find a workable solution.
Strong attention to detail, especially when managing multiple bookings, time zones, vehicle requirements and payment deadlines.
Commercial awareness. You understand how to balance guest expectations, supplier costs and business margins.
Confidence in taking responsibility and making decisions within agreed authority.
A calm, discreet and thoughtful approach to demanding clients and sensitive situations.
Strong personal organisation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Flexibility to support international clients across time zones, with working hours and coverage arrangements agreed in advance.
Great mindset and understanding of TRUE LUXURY.
What success looks like
Clients feel that one capable person understands their needs and is looking after every detail. Suppliers receive clear instructions, payments are coordinated on time, and services meet the standards promised. Routine requests move forward independently, while situations requiring a wider decision reach the right people early, with a proposed solution.
