I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assist in implementing Partnership campaigns
Support the execution and daily operation of partnership campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination from preparation to launch.
Coordinate with partners and internal teams to prepare communication materials, contracts, and required documents.
Assist in tracking campaign performance and operational results, and prepare internal reports, recaps, and post-campaign summaries for monitoring and evaluation.
2. Support B2B corporate partnership operations
Assist in preparing proposals, quotation documents, contracts, and other materials related to B2B corporate partnership opportunities.
Support cross-functional coordination with internal teams and corporate clients to follow up timelines, product requests, delivery status, and related operational matters.
Assist in monitoring B2B project progress, updating sales trackers, consolidating client requests, and preparing internal reports or recaps for follow-up.
3. Market & Business Research for Partnership and Corporation
Conduct research to identify potential partners in banking, real estate, luxury lifestyle, etc.
Analyze partnership campaign ideas from local and international markets for potential adaptation.
4. Event & workshop assistance
Manage guest lists, send invitations, and confirm attendance for events and workshops.
Coordinate with Marcom, Retail, and Store teams to prepare materials, gifts, and promotions for smooth execution.
Assist with on-site logistics, including guest check-in and welcoming attendees.
Record event details and feedback, and assist in preparing post-event reports.
5. Support other Marketing tasks
Research and stay up to date on market information and communication trends.
Support Marketing administrative tasks.
Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested.
II. JOB REQUIREMENT:
0-1 year of experience in Marketing, Partnership, or related fields.
Knowledge of Marketing and CRM systems is a plus
Relationship-building and networking skills
Communication and negotiation abilities in both Vietnamese & English
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint), CRM tools, Canva, AI tools, etc.
Data analysis skills
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Creative, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a dynamic luxury retail environment
