Reports to: Consolidation Manager
Department: Accounting & Finance
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: It is included but not limited to:
Consolidate Group Financials on a monthly basis and implement related automated tools;
Analyse the reporting package of the Group's entities and perform consistency checks;
Follow-up and be able to collaborate with the other entities to deliver on time;
Develop and improve the current reporting package by implementing additional reporting schedules comprising financial and non-financial data;
Documentation of the Consolidation department procedures as well as the accounting impacts following the business developments;
Assist the consolidation manager in his role and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalents (CPA is a plus);
Experience:
2+ years of experience in audit, accounting or finance (consolidation experience is a plus)
Technical Competences:
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a plus);
Utilization of a consolidation tool such as Hyperion, Tagetik or OneStream is a plus;
Ability to conceptualize the needs and transform them in automated tools to simplify the monthly closing;
Strong analytical skills and capacity to challenge the financial information;
Fluent in English verbal and writing;
Curious, is keen to learn and ready for new challenges;
Ability to work independently
Other Competences:
Integrity, disciplined and well organized in work habit, with ability to function smoothly in pressure situations.
Languages: Proven skills in problem solving and communication in English
