Mô tả công việc
Having many years experiencing in the construction industry as well as real estate project management. 9PMP is trusted by our international corporation partners all over the world. We are hiring a talented and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team at 9PMP.
As a Construction Manager at 9PMP, you will play a pivotal role as below:
- Supervising a construction team and delegating tasks.
- Overseeing the daily construction process on the job site.
- Checking construction process to ensure the project meet all process.
- Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
- Assess the main risks/Issues of the project, update, report daily and weekly on the Company's AECIS System.
- Lead the project team to meet client requirements in terms of safety, quality, schedule and stakeholders' satisfaction.
- Ensure that on-site works adhere to the latest approved drawing and specifications.
- Manage contractors' work progress on site and monitor resource adequacy.
- Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on-site.

Yêu cầu
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry and 7 years of experience as a Construction Manager in Planning, Construction management for residential/Commercial/retail/Hospitality/Industrial projects
- A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant ones.
- Fluent in Microsoft office or project management software.
- Construction Supervision License - grade I issued by Construction Ministry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good Interpersonal, communication, decision-making, planning, leadership, reporting, problem-solving, time management, risk management, conflict management, and budgeting skills, interact well with high-level stakeholders.
- Willing to work away from home (Ha Noi, Hai Phong.......)
Working time and Benefits:
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
- 24/24 Accident and Health Insurance.
- Government Social and Health Insurance as per the Law.
- Allowance for working away from home.
- Additional policies will be discussed during the interview.
