JOB SUMMARY

Title: Content Creative Planner
Department: SMEs Marketing
Year of Experience: 1-2 years +
Job Level: Executive/Senior Executive
Report Line: SMEs Managing Director
Peer: MKT, BD

Salary Range: Negotiable
Hiring Purpose: New Hire
Working Time: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
Working Location: 8th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam

OBJECTIVES

We are looking for an experienced creative planner with a passion for developing creative solutions to deeply impact Client's Brand-Campaign Performance, inbound marketing, and digital marketing in general. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our dynamic marketing team, together with driving outstanding business results for the SMEs BU of PMAX.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Creative strategy & planning:

Develop impactful creative strategies that align with objectives and convey the client's message effectively.
Plan and outline the execution of creative campaigns, including content formats, channels, and timelines.
Synthesize insights from the target audience research and combine them with the brand positioning to propose strategic content direction for the SMEs BU of PMAX.

Creative production coordination:

Inspiring, managing and operating copywriting teams and its support services to develop an effective and profitable creative product that delivers on relevant client and market needs.
Coordinate with the internal team to produce content (for both text and visual) following the plan, supporting to share detailed briefs and follow up to get the content output on time.

Creative Product Development:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and ensure the client's creative campaigns are on par with or ahead of industry standards.
Develop and test multiple creative product packages and offering for clients
Measure product performance and suggest scope to upgrade product package

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Must have
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in Creative Planner or similar positions
- Having a deep knowledge of Creative Planner and having a passion to grow further in this career path
- Excellent creative thinking and ideation skills, with a passion for innovative digital concepts
- Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel
- Great teamwork and communication skill
Good to have
- Highly creative and imaginative
- Good in English is a must
- Good project management & time management skills
- Experiences in marketing agency or having knowledge of marketing agency business
