Content Creation & Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content strategy for the US market, crafting high-quality visuals, videos, and interactive experiences for various social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, X, Reddit, Quora, etc.). Utilize Canva and CapCut to enhance content aesthetics.
Social Media Management: Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
Seeding & Community Building: Seed content strategically across online communities and cultivate a vibrant online community through interactive content and personalized interactions.
Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with US-based KOCs and influencers using platforms like Upfluence, Shopify Collab, and Creator Marketplaces.
Public Relations & Media Outreach: Secure product reviews and placements in relevant blogs, magazines, and online publications.
Website Content: Contribute to website updates, create engaging blog posts and product descriptions, and leverage ChatGPT for content optimization.

Yêu cầu

2+ years experience in content creation and social media marketing, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
Excellent English communication skills.
Expertise in creating visually appealing content and familiarity with Canva and CapCut.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Passion for beauty & wellness, particularly natural and sustainable products.
Creativity, innovation, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication & collaboration skills within a Vietnamese-speaking team.
Tech-savviness and comfort using new tools, including AI tools like ChatGPT.
