Việc làm Content Creator

Mô tả công việc

- Produce content based on the overall marketing plan on 3 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
- Collect and analyze user data and insights on social platforms to improve the content.
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly content planning to develop the company's social channels (3 channels but mainly focus on Tiktok)
- Coordinate with the design department, video production to produce images, videos,...Live acting is possible in some videos.
- Work with and manipulate raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects.
- Work with all aspects of social media and execute the Leader to plan, create and execute campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., in-house production, design, etc.) to ensure that social media initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with cultural/social trends and audience insights and attitudes to identify and surface reactive opportunities on social media for executive channels.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is required
- Proven working experience in social media marketing with a passion for all things (Detailed Portfolio of working experience)
- 1+ yoe in making content on Socials (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram).
- Knowledge and interest in the cosmetics industry.
- Good content writing ability & visual thinking.
- Having experience building a Tiktok channel with over 50k followers is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability
to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Influent in English (Chinese is a plus).
